Refund/cancellation policy:

If you have booked our workshop, you can switch your booking to another date provided you give up to 72-hours notice prior to your session. If something comes up within 72-hours of the session and you need to cancel or reschedule, a $20 rebooking fee per seat applies. Due to limited seating, a ‘No call, No Show’ will not be rescheduled and no refund given. To reschedule, you can contact us by email info@artpartyproject.nz or via Facebook messenger. For all the private functions: birthdays, hen’s nights, etc, we require a 50% deposit 2 weeks prior to the event and 100% payment 72 hours before the event. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can, provided you give us at least 7 days notice prior to your event, otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.

How do I exchange my item?

If a piece is not quite right you are welcome to exchange it for an alternative item or a credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty.
